This was our last day at Udaipur, so we were a bit slothful today. We completed our breakfast by 10 am and started our Day 3 Tour by our hired scooty. Our first destination today was Dudh Talai Lake.
Dudh Talai Lake
This is one of the beautiful places of Udaipur. You can experience a very calm place, tranquil nature, serene water surrounded by beautiful musical fountain garden and Aravalli Hill. View from this lake is amazing and one can also enjoy the stunning sunset from this beautiful Lake.

Timing of Musical Fountain: 7 pm in summer and 6:30 pm in winter

This rope way connects the Temple at Machla Hill Top and Deendayal Upadhyay Park and it journey takes only 5 mins. One can get the best views of Udaipur city which includes Pichola Lake, Fateh Sagar Lake, magnificent City Palace Complex, beautiful Sajjangarh Fort and landscapes of Aravali mountains all aroud. You will get to see an amazing view of City Palace during night when City Palace dazzle with its night lighting. Sunset time is the best time for this rope way ride. There is Karni Mata temple at the top of the hill. There is white rat in the temple which is considered holy.

Shopping at Hati Pole Market
Lunch at Natraj restaurant and started our shopping. You can get varieties ofRajasthani lakh ki chudiyan (banglas), stone & kundan jewelries, famous Rajasthani Bandhani saree, mirror worked churnis, colourful leather bags, Rajasthani blankets, Cushion Covers and bedsheets, Rajasthani miniature paintings and sculptures, wooden handicrafts and home décor items, Authentic Rajasthani Decor and colorful ‘Nagra’ slippers made from camel skin with beautiful embroidery. I recommend shopping from Hati Pole market as you will get many varieties here and also very cheap. Don’t forget to bargain.
